Our formulation blends fruits like pear for natural sweetness and enzymatic balance, onion and garlic for savory depth, and a precise ratio of fermented sauce, traditional maltose, and proprietary spices to layer in complexity. The result is a sauce that is refreshing but rich, bright yet umami-driven, and engineered to complement grilled meat without overshadowing the natural smokiness or spice crust.
