Three Kingdoms Xita BBQ was proud to co-sponsor the New York fan meet-and-greet of Zhang Weili (张伟丽) — UFC Strawweight Champion and China's most decorated combat sports athlete.
Fans gathered around the grill for an evening with the champion herself, fueled by Northeast Chinese BBQ and the same fire that defines both the restaurant and the fighter.

Northeast China came to Midtown Manhattan. When Three Kingdoms Xita BBQ opened its doors at 813 8th Avenue, it brought the full Xita method — the house sauce, the ritual of fire and smoke — to New York for the first time.
Wagyu hit the grill, pineapple ribs made their debut, and the signature sauce met the city for the first time.
